About

Hi, my name is Les Gebhardt.  I’m a father and a programmer.  I’m 44 years old.  My passion is to inspire others to make their dreams come true.

I graduated from California Polytechnic University, Pomona in 1989 with a BA in History.  Since then, I’ve been primarily in computer operations and customer support for a variety of companies.  For the past 17 years, I have worked for a single company that provides software solutions in the healthcare revenue cycle arena, primarily for hospitals but also for doctors and other ancillary health care providers.

What makes me qualified to help others achieve their dreams, then?  Simple.  My passion for it.  I am a firm believer that you don’t need a fancy degree and years of training or experience to motivate others.  All you really need is a desire to help others be their very best and a willingness to listen and learn.  It is my hope that by turning my dream into a reality (this site and what it stands for) I will be able to give others the confidence and/or the information necessary to follow their own dreams.

I must confess, however, that I can’t promise to make you rich or famous.  I can’t promise the find every answer for every question. I can’t promise that you will turn your dreams into realities.  Mostly, this is completely up to you.  What I can, and DO, promise is to be a beacon of light and a sounding board.  Got an idea or dream that you want to make happen but don’t know where or how to start?  Let’s talk.  Tired of hearing your friends or family tell you that your dream is “stupid” or “silly” or “a waste of time”?  Hopefully, what I provide will give you the confidence to face these nay-sayers and prove them wrong.  That’s my promise.  To be there and offer what advice or information I can find and hopefully, it will help you.  If you truly believe in your dream, then follow it, no matter what.  I don’t believe your dreams will ever lead you astray.

Peace,

Les
